About us

Wise Lane Allotment Society & Gardens is a self-managed community garden within the Barnet Allotment Federation. A relatively small 1.79 hectare oasis of green in Mill Hill.

With a membership of all ages, we are passionate about horticulture and aim to garden responsibly and sustainably. Our waiting list lengthened considerably during lockdown ...

Member experience ranges from complete novice to 'seasoned' gardener to plantsperson, and everything in between! You name it, someone grows it, has grown it, or plans to grow it soon!

We look forward to a great growing season in 2022, whatever challenges the changing weather throws at us!
